We're looking for an execution-oriented Marketing Associate to help us scale Sana's inbound marketing motion and increase our market share in new geographies.

What you’ll do

  • Develop Sana’s global field marketing strategy for owned and sponsored programs through rigorous industry research based on objectives, target markets, and annual budgets
  • Lead and manage all aspects of event coordination, including budget, event messaging, speaker submissions, contracts, vendor relations, etc.
  • Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis
  • Own the external awards strategy and write submissions
  • Work with the broader marketing team to deliver our flagship events like the AI Summit
  • Lead the video production of testimonials and partner case studies
  • Partner with relevant marketing and sales colleagues to write and submit clear and concise proposals for speaking opportunities
  • Collaborate with design, product marketing, and growth marketing to develop relevant field marketing collateral
  • Work closely with business development representatives (BDR / SDR) to organize pre-event and post-event outreach that sets up meetings and creates opportunities

Who you are

  • Excited by and able to curate Michelin-star events at any scale
  • A strong generalist who can tackle any analytical or conceptual challenge
  • Collaborative and communicative, with a strong ability to work seamlessly across business teams, creative teams, and geographies (both internally and externally)
  • Highly detail and solution-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills
  • A resourceful self-starter who enjoys creating success by being efficient with resources
  • Outcome-oriented, with an ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Fluent in English. Swedish is a plus!
  • Data-driven and excited about experimentation
  • A curious multitasker with a bias for action
  • Someone who thrives in uncertain, dynamic environments
  • Experienced in 2+ years of executing lead generating events in a high-tech, fast-paced environment
